2. No Physical Returns

- Work has not yet been started on the project

5. Partial Refunds

- Administrative and service charges may be deducted
6. Revisions Instead of Refunds

- You may request revisions as per the agreed scope
- Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may incur extra charges
7. Chargebacks and Disputes
- Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first is considered a violation of this policy
- We reserve the right to suspend all ongoing services in such cases
- Clients are encouraged to contact us to resolve issues amicably
8. Processing of Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible
