2. No Physical Returns
Since we do not sell physical products, there are no returns applicable. All services delivered are digital and non-tangible.
3. Refund Eligibility

- A request is made within 3 days of initial payment
- Work has not yet been started on the project
- Duplicate or accidental payments made by the client
4. Non-Refundable Conditions

- If delays are caused by the client (lack of communication, missing content, etc.)
- Change of mind after project initiation

5. Partial Refunds

- The refunded amount will be calculated based on the work completed
- Administrative and service charges may be deducted
6. Revisions Instead of Refunds
We believe in client satisfaction. If you are not satisfied:
- You may request revisions as per the agreed scope
- Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may incur extra charges
7. Chargebacks and Disputes
- Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first is considered a violation of this policy
- We reserve the right to suspend all ongoing services in such cases
- Clients are encouraged to contact us to resolve issues amicably
8. Processing of Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible
